About Us
Who are we?
Broadlands Family Church is an ecumenical partnership between the Church in Wales, the Methodist Church and the United Reformed Church. Our congregation spans all generations from toddlers to teenagers and adolescents to adults!
Where do we meet?
Our services are usually held at Maes yr Haul Primary School.
Occasionally outside term time the school may not be available - we make arrangements to meet at another central location in Broadlands such as the upper room in the Med Lounge café.
When do we meet?
We meet twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Our services start at 9.45 a.m. and normally last around 45-60 minutes.
What’s the worship like?
Our worship is an informal, interactive style, aimed at all age groups with children's activities throughout and incorporating old favourite hymns and modern worship songs.
Services are led by ministers or accredited worship leaders from the churches involved in the partnership - but everyone attending is welcomed and encouraged to take part in worship in whichever way they feel able.
